At www.GenkiVape.com,we strive to provide you with the highest quality vaping products and customer service. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds unless the product is defective or damaged

upon receipt.


Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receipt. We will require photos or videos of thedefective or damaged product to determine if it is eligible for a refund or replacement. If we determine that the product is eligible, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Once we receive the defective or damaged item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or replacement. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. If your replacement is approved, we will send a replacement item to you at no additional cost.


Shipping and Handling


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your defective or damaged item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund,the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You are also welcome to drop off at our shop during normal business hours.
